Locum Consultant Psychiatrist - Acute Care Team

A coastal university hospital in Queensland is seeking a psychiatrist to assist within their acute care team for 3 days a week (flexible days, local preferred).

Service Information

This part‑time consultant role supports a high‑demand Acute Care Team within a major Queensland mental health service, providing care for adults experiencing severe and complex psychiatric presentations requiring hospital admission. The service focuses on stabilisation and short term treatment, supporting patients through periods of acute illness in a structured and MDT environment.
