*Competition Terms and ConditionsThe organiser of this promotion (the “Promoter”) is Global Medics, a trading name of Medacs Global Group Limited of Block 9, Blackrock Business Park, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, Ireland. The entrant to the prize draw for one of the five One4All vouchers on offer is the “Candidate”. This promotion is available to all Candidates who refer an IMC Registered Intern Grade doctor between 1st May 2026 and the 31th July 2026.the Candidate will qualify to be entered into the prize draw for the opportunity to win the One4All voucher on offer if each of the following conditions are met: a) be registered with the Promoter as an agency worker; b) have recommended to the Promoter an IMC registered Intern Grade doctor who subsequently registers for locum work with the Promoter; c) have consent from the Intern to being referred and to pass the personal data of the Intern to the Promoter for this purpose; d) not have recommended the Intern to the Promoter previously and e) made a qualifying referral between 01/05/2026 and 31/07/2026. f) The Intern must: (a) have a valid IMC Reference Number; (b) be eligible to work in Ireland; (c) not already be registered with the Promoter; (d) register with the Promoter between 01/05/2022 and 10/07/2022, providing an email address, mobile telephone number and CV. Once the Promoter has carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the Referrer qualifies for the promotion, the Promoter will enter the Candidate into the prize draw for a €100 One 4 All voucher. The Candidate may recommend more than one individual and each recommendation will allow them to become eligible for more than one draw entry, subject to these Terms and Conditions. The promotion ends on 31/07/2026 and the prize draw will be held on 31/07/2022. By submitting a referral the Referrer is deemed to accept these terms and conditions. The promotion is not open to employees and past employees of the Promoter and/or its Group Companies, nor their families. The Promoter reserves the right to change or close the Promotion at any time and without notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. It is the Referrer's responsibility to ensure that the Candidate confirms the Referrer's full name when registering with the Promoter.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.2. The five winners will be notified via email or post by [20/08/2026] The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. 3. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
