The Position:

We are currently looking for a Medical Ambulatory Registrar to join this health service in Victoria, on a permanent basis. The objective is to deliver health care services within the comfort of patient's homes, provided their medical condition can be safely treated without necessitating an inpatient admission. For this role current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Medical Practitioner is mandatory.

The Hospital:

This hospital is a general health care facility situated in the southwestern region of Melbourne. It offers a wide range of services, including emergency care, surgical procedures, medical treatments, sub-acute care, mental health support, palliative care, maternity services, newborn care and renal dialysis.

The Location:

This beautiful suburb is in south - west of Melbourne CBD and has a population of approximately 50,000. The suburb is best known for its major tourist attractions, which include the former estate of wealthy pastoralist, the Victoria State Rose Garden, the National Equestrian Centre, and the open range zoo. There are two major railway stations in the area and various institutions are located that support each level of education.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A primary medical degree
• Current AHPRA Registration (Provisional, Limited or General)
• PGY 3 or above
