Position: General Practitioner, Clinic work
Location: Mawson Lakes, South Australia
Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Salary: Billings are 75%, 3 month retainer.
We are currently looking for a General Practitioner to join our team. We take pride in going the extra mile when providing quality medical services to a broad spectrum of patients. Our goal is to make quality medical services more accessible- at our clinic, aged care facilities and your home. This position is on a permanent, full-time basis. We are looking for a male or female GP, Bilingual (mandarin speaking) is a plus. We also look after patients at numerous nursing homes. This is an option for a new GP to take over care to our patients in nursing homes around the area.
Our centre is located in a busy suburban area of South Australia. The clinic currently has a team of GP's and allied health care including a podiatrist, physiotherapist and a diabetes educator. We also have 1 full time RN and 1 part time EN which allows our GP's to be well supported. Our practice uses the Best Practice software and offers bulk billing to our patients. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday. We have a wide variety of patients, from families and students to 70+ year olds, with majority being Caucasian and Asian. Depending on if our GP's prefer 10 or 15 minute appointments, you can expect to see between 30-40 patients on a daily basis.
The homely suburb in which you can expect to work is situated in the suburbs of Adelaide, South
Australia. There are a tonne of public transport options as well as the multicultural society which
benefits all residents as it has a direct link to the amazing variety of dining experiences. There are
many shopping centres, a beautiful lake (which makes for a stunning morning walk). The South
Australian produce market is not far out of town- a perfect place to indulge in all that the famous
South Australian fresh produce market has to offer.
- Have a fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or an equivalent postgraduate specialist qualification.
