As GP VMO you will provide primary health care and emergency department support to the local community. From diagnosis to treatment you will play an integral role within the local community and use your well-rounded skillset to treat a wide case ranging from ongoing to urgent with duties including ward rounds, GP Clinic and ED duties. You will be a strong problem solver and extremely versatile in your approach.
You will be supported by other GPs and have nursing support. There is a also a telehealth service to cover breaks.

Shifts- 8am-6pm, and off site 6pm to 8am. Rotations and working days can be worked out and negotiated

To be eligible for this role, you must have:
Must hold FACRRM with recent emergency department experience
Overseas candidates holding FRNZCGP, CCFP, FDRHMNZ and MRCGP will also be considered.
