Position: General Medicine Registrar PGY4+
Location: South East Melbourne
Contract: Full time until February 2020 (potential to extend to 2021)
Salary: VIC Award + package

The role:
In this role you will be assisting your team to provide high quality clinical services to the patients of this hospital and local area. This hospital is a level 3 accredited hospital with RACP for BPT. The Medicine Department are looking for a positive, committed and dedicated Medicine Registrar for the remainder of the training year.

About the Hospital

The Hospital is a major provider of acute secondary and tertiary hospital services on the Mornington Peninsula. With 454 beds, it provides general and specialty medical and surgical services, mental health, maternity, and paediatric services. In its role as a major teaching centre, the hospital has affiliations with Monash University and Deakin University and links with other universities in postgraduate studies.


This role is situated on the eastern shoreline of Port Phillip, it has been a popular seaside destination of Melbourne since the 1880 sand is still one of the most frequented in Victoria this area of Melbourne has a beach recognised as one of the cleanest in Australia. It is also home to one of the largest exhibitions of sand sculpting in the Southern Hemisphere.

To be eligible for this position, you must be PGY4+ with General Registration with AHPRA. If you have provisional or limited registration with AHPRA but have 12+ months medicine experience at Registrar level, we would also like to hear from you.
