Principal House Officer - Emergency

Period: Fixed Term Full Time - from 03 February 2020 (6 month or 12 month contract available)
This regional hospital is based in the beautiful outback of the North Western Region in Queensland. The health service is an independent statutory body overseen by a local Hospital and Health Board, responsible for the delivery of public hospital and health services which include medical, surgical, emergency, obstetrics, paediatrics, specialist outpatient clinics, mental health, critical care and other clinical support services.
The hospital supports a population of approximately 32,000 people across a geographical area of 300,000 kilometres. It is the main referral hospital within the region.

" For candidates arriving on the Competent Authority Pathway, the hospital can offer 6 months accredited training with ACEM, providing a potential for candidates to stay on for another 24 months to receive required training
