Position: Emergency Medicine Specialist (FACEM) - Permanent Full time / Part Time

We are currently organising interviews for an Emergency Medicine Specialist (FACEM) for a regional hospital in Northeast VIC. This position will provide high quality care to the local population.
This rural hospital delivers services to a catchment population of approximately 90,000 people.
It is a group B health service and covers an approximate area of 43,000 square kilometres, stretching from the northern fringes of Melbourne to the Murray River.
The acute hospital provides a 24/7 ED, and other diagnostic services are provided on site through the Radiology, Pathology, and Nuclear Medicine departments.
Other services include acute, sub-acute, paediatrics, obstetrics, special care neonatal, critical care, dialysis, day stay, oncology, adult psychiatry, aged care, allied health and other community based programs.
Located approximately 250 km from Melbourne along the Hume Highway. This city has an urban population of approximately 30,000 people.
To be eligible for this role, you must have Fellowship with the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (FACEM), and specialist registration with AHPRA.
