Position: Emergency Medicine Specialist (FACEM) - Permanent Full time / Part Time

We are currently organising interviews for an Emergency Medicine Specialist (FACEM) for a regional hospital in Western VIC. This position will provide high quality care to the local population.
The health care service is a major specialist referral centre, consisting of 2 campuses within an area of 61,000 square kilometres and a population of approximately 54,000.
The health care group consists of community health, acute/ sub-acute care, and residential aged care.
Acute refers to the main wards - the 24/7 ED, 5 bedded ICU, Theatre, a general ward and another maternity ward.
Located in a sub-region of the Grampians, 300 km west of Melbourne and in close proximity to the Grampians National Park.
The Grampians are a stunning mountain range and popular tourist attraction - popular for hiking and rock climbing. Other surrounding areas include little desserts with motorbike tracks, camping grounds, and other treks great for four-wheel-driving.
The region comprises of lakes, and is a diverse area with contrasting beauty, offering a lifestyle suited for nature lovers.
To be eligible for this role, you must have Fellowship with the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (FACEM), and specialist registration with AHPRA.
