Emergency Medicine specialists for this sub regional health service. This 60-bed hospital sees 14,000 presentations annually. The team consists of doctors of all levels from FACEM to intern and they are looking for experienced doctors to join the team long term.
The health service provides a range of acute, sub-acute, ancillary medical, aged and ambulatory care services. The facility provides a broad range of on-site and visiting specialist medical, surgical and obstetric services including orthopaedics, ophthalmology, gynaecology, paediatrics, urology and rehabilitation.
Just a short drive from Melbourne, here you will be surrounded by Victoria's stunning coastline and major tourist attractions like Phillip Island and Wilson's Prom. The town supports a population of 30,000 however this can swell to 100,000 during the summer months.

Applications will have:
1) Australian citizen or permanent resident, or eligible for sponsorship as a permanent resident.
2) Current authority to practice as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) / Medical Board of Australia, or eligibility for same.
3)Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine other specialist recognition as provided for in the Staff Specialists (State) Award or other specialist recognition
4)Demonstrated technical and professional competence as a Consultant Emergency Medicine Specialist, and in the speciality practice of Emergency Medicine, with clinical hospital experience.
5)Demonstrated participation in, and commitment to quality assurance activities relevant to speciality; and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
