Locum Registrar - Paediatrics and Neonates

Our paediatric and neonatal department in the South East are looking for 2x Registrars required to cover current vacancies. They are ongoing gaps and the suitable candidate would be expected to cover a full rota.

The department would welcome applicants with experience at St3, St4, St5, St6, Middle Grade, SpR or Specialty Doctor level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough paediatric assessments and formulating effective treatment plans
• Assisting in paediatric procedures and surgeries, working closely with consultants and the multidisciplinary team
• Monitoring patient progress and responding promptly to any changes in condition
• Providing support and guidance to junior doctors and medical staff
• Participating in teaching and training activities within the department

Qualifications and Experience:

• GMC registration and relevant experience as a Specialty Doctor or Registrar (ST3-ST6) in Paediatrics
• Demonstrated expertise in paediatric medicine and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
