General Practitioner

Global Medics is seeking a VR or Non VR General Practitioner on a permanent basis for full or part time commitment for our client's Clinic. Based only a 1 hour drive from Airlie Beach, QLD. The Clinic is situated in a gorgeous location in an MM4 DPA location.

They are open to VR and Non-VR GPs and they are accredited with both Colleges the RACGP and ACRRM and can take on FSP, PSP or AGPT trainees. They have two VRGPs there who can supervise and they have trained Registrars at the Clinic previously. The clinic is well supported with a nurses and a midwife on site.

The clinic is mixed billing with 60% of patients private and 40% bulk but in the new year they are changing to fully private. If you have a special interest in skin cancer, they see many patients here.

The pay being offered is 70% of billings for VR and 65% for NonVR. There is a guarantee period of $160/hour for the first three months. The operational hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm with the potential of some telehealth work too.

Doctors will be offered a relocation assistance package and they can assist with accommodation
