When you work with this District Health Board, you're part of something very special. They are the world leaders in the delivery of integrated healthcare, and they are always striving to Make It Better. From the carers on the front line working directly with patients and communities to our talented support teams who enable that care, they plan, fund and deliver health services to the almost 600,000 New Zealanders that live in the region. And they are all about putting people at the heart of everything they do.

For the DHB to continue putting their communities at the centre of their health system, they are putting their own people at the centre of everything they do. Because health is ultimately all about people. What's important around here is the way the DHB cares for and respects others, the responsibility that all of their people take for delivering outcomes, and that they go about our work with integrity in all that they do.

The DHB is in the unique position to advertise for a Dermatologist to join the service on a full-time, permanent basis. The Dermatology department will be housed in a new purpose-built outpatient facility, which will open in November. Along with outpatient clinics, there will be some inpatient consultation services that you will need to provide. The successful candidate will need to be eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.

The DHBs people enjoy access to a fantastic benefits scheme, flexible working arrangements and a genuine and ongoing focus on career development.

They hope you'll seriously consider joining them, but if this isn't a good fit for you, please share the opportunity with your personal networks and help them find someone suitable!
