This role involves providing senior clinical oversight within an acute inpatient Mental Health Unit, managing adults requiring short‑term admission for assessment and stabilisation. The consultant leads daily reviews, treatment planning, and risk assessments while working closely with a registrar, junior doctors, nursing staff, and allied health.
