Staff Specialist in Paediatrics NSW

An exciting opportunity is available for a Staff Specialist in Paediatrics to join a busy and supportive Paediatric Department within a well-established regional hospital in northern New South Wales.

The Role

As a Staff Specialist in Paediatrics, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, as well as contributing to the ongoing development of paediatric services within the hospital. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a well-established department, with opportunities to contribute to clinical leadership, education, and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fellowship of RACP (or equivalent)
• Specialist registration with AHPRA, or eligibility via the Expedited Specialist Pathway or Area of Need Pathway or Specialist Pathway (with the RACP assessment outcome - Substantially Comparable)
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
• Commitment to education, patient safety, and continuous improvement
