The service provides care across an inpatient unit and a consultation‑liaison stream, supporting patients admitted under general medical and surgical teams. The multidisciplinary model emphasises recovery‑focused practice, risk management, and collaborative treatment planning. Consultants work closely with registrars, junior medical staff, and allied health clinicians to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based psychiatric care to the broader community.
