The organiser of this promotion (the “Promoter”) is Global Medics, a trading name of Medacs Global Group Limited of Block 9, Blackrock Business Park, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, Ireland.  The entrant to the prize draw for the €500 payment is the Candidate. This promotion is available for registration only via attendance at the virtual Med Day conference that runs on the 22 February 2021 inclusive. The Candidate will qualify to be entered into the one time prize draw for the opportunity to win €500 (net of any bank transfer fees applicable and subject to any tax and PRSI applicable), if each of the following conditions is met: The Candidate must register their interest in Global Medics during the Med Day Conference 2021 and be in communication with the Promotor following the event. The prize draw will take place the week commencing 14 March 2021, with one qualifying Candidate being randomly selected as the winner.  Once the Promoter has carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the Referrer qualifies for the promotion, and the Candidate  will be paid €500 into the UK or Irish bank account that the Promoter has on file or that has been supplied for by the Candidate. Prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable.  By accepting an entry, you agree to the terms and conditions of the competition and that the Promoter may publish your name as the winner of the competition if you are awarded a prize.  The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which is available on its website click here.  The promotion is not open to employees and past employees of the Promoter and/or its Group Companies, nor their families. The Promoter reserves the right to change or close the Promotion at any time and without notice. This prize draw will take place in Ireland and the candidate, by submitting its entry, accepts that this prize promotion is subject to the laws of Ireland.  The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
