Locum Hire

Locum hire is most effective as a tool to temporarily fill urgent vacancies which the client may have, i.e. during maternity leave, times of excessive demand, etc. Global Medics has the ability to access a global pool of individuals who are willing and able to do locum work, and the company has done so successfully over the past six years. Remuneration packages are negotiated with both the client and candidate on a case-by-case basis.

Rotational Substantive Contract

Global Medics will take responsibility for the supply of suitably qualified and experienced doctors on a locum basis to cover the particular pre-agreed roles for pre-determined time periods, usually 12 24 months. This model works well in those really hard to find positions or areas. The model was pioneered by Global Medics in the UK, where it has proven to be a very successful proposition.

Permanent/Contract Hire

Global Medics will source suitable candidates based on the job specification provided by the client, and will charge the client a percentage of the total annual salary (including all benefits) offered to the candidate.
