Personally met at the airport on arrival to Australia
You're not alone. We personally meet every Global Medics medical professional at the airport and welcome them to Australia. We take you to the hospital or nearest departure station, we'll give you advice about travelling and answer any questions you have on the spot. Oh, and hand you your Welcome Pack.
Welcome Pack
All your documents, your travel tickets, timesheets, Irish SIM card, I.D. badge and useful information on your chosen hospital in a durable plastic case. No more lost tickets or forms.
AMC registration & all the necessary arrangements
It can be confusing dealing with an overseas unfamiliar administrative system. So you don't have to. We organize your AMC registration and any other necessary documentation. You hand your documents to your local office or representative and we take care of the rest.
Bank account opening and more
We can assist in opening an offshore bank account with Commonwealth Bank or HSBC. Please request an application form that we will include in your welcome pack. When opening a bank account you will need to take the following to open a bank account:
- Passport
- 3 months most recent bank statements (for purposes of identification) ORGINALS NOT PHOTOCOPIES
- Completed application form
- Referral Letter from Global Medics (supplied by Global Medics)
